Scalemates is already showing a Trumpeter 1/35 Ka-52 Alligator for this year. Could be an interesting year for helicopters.

That’s why I italicized the word “good.” I’m aware of all of the different upgrades for this kit, and theirs is the last I’d consider. I would expect one (or a combination) of three things - poor fit, poor or incorrect details, or poorly cast. All you have to do is compare my photo of the starboard avionics bay with their part. Although some components have been removed in my photo, it’s plain that the two do not match up. Same on the port side.
