Definitely an Airbus. It looks like an Airbus H125 (formerly Eurocopter AS350) with the front of a VW Bus grafted onto it. That’s different and pretty cool. Looks like the conversion was done well.

Interesting find.

Scale Exotica 3D had some type 1 VW in 1/72 and 1/48 that could be used to mash a kit together.

Unfortunately, it is a non-flying art exhibit. The artist, Chuck Teschke, has done a few other vehicle/helo mashups. He calls them Frankencopters.
