My first guess would be a Horton 229.
But it could also be some American prototype aircraft from the 50’s/ 60’s.
EDIT: Yep I would agree with Ryan, it fits the profile slightly better.

That is in fact a mock up of the A-12. If you check the archives of the Fort Worth Star Telegram you may find some pretty interesting pictures of it being transported along 820.
Some say that it lives on in the form of the UCAV X-47…
