1/72 Handley-Page Hampdon
Yep, I canāt believe Airfix just re-released as a Vintage Classic their 1/72 Hampden. Tooling from 1968⦠Surely thereās a new tool in the pipeline especially given P1344 is under restorationā¦
Decent F-35 in 1/48 scale without those silly raised panels
donāt you like the Kitty Hawk voodoo?
1/48 AH-1J and T Cobras off the top my head.
As afar as I am aware it is out of production and I have heard it has a number of pretty major fit issues
Yes, there were quite a few complaints about Kitty Hawk Models regarding the poor fitting of parts and the overall quality of their kits suffering from fit issues. Probabaly also the reason why they went bust.
but I have the voodoo and it seems to be pretty decent.
Have you built it yet? I would be curious to hear your take on the fit, as sometimes online reviews over state the issues?
My understanding is that there is a fairly significant step between the forward and aft fuselage
Hey, if weāre just dreaming here - a 1\32 B-36 Peacemaker.
That would be an ultimate kit.
One to hang from the ceiling for sure!
Hello,Bascoā¦
Can I wish for a Israeli Cobra helicopter in scale 1/35?
One with the long gun barrel?
The 'Tzefa".
That would be nice!

A 1/72 scale Fe2 pusher
Maybe my wants are not too obscure:
- 1/48 Horton IX V.2 - the one that flew!!
- 1/48 B-58 with gentle recessed panels
- 1/32 F4U-4 Corsair (no Trumpeter)
- 1/32 F4U-7 ā
- 1/32 AU-1
- 1/72 PB4Y-2
- 1/72 F-105 (get it right; no Trumpeter)
- 1/72 AJ-2 Savage. (who wanted -1
anyway?) - Ok, dream, go big: 1/32 B-58!
- Finally, a correct P-40B in 1/72 and 1/48
scale please!
No panel line channels! Get the outline
and cockpit right!!! Get the wing guns the
right .303s!!
A new tool OV-1 Mohawk would be nice, in 1/48 please.
Itās well past time for a 1:35 CH 46 Sea Knight, preferably one from the late 60ās early 70ās but a later version would be nice as well.

A Tamiya or Academy 1/32nd Super Hornet, E,F and G.
How about a Tamiya 1/32 F-7F Tigercat!!!
I would like to see a FE 2 pusher of WW1 in 1/72
Iāve started, and so far it is not that bad; I think it is very important to dry fit everything (as it is for every kit) and to anticipate problems. For instance, a poorly fitting front and aft section can be easily resolved with a tiny āwedgeā between fuselage halves.
like with so many kits I started but not finished. the reason is that it is very difficult where I live to aibrush for any lenght of time because I canāt get a window open⦠leading to the house filling with fumes⦠and somebody doesnāt like that
However, I am retired now, and building a table top airbrush booth that will clean the air with an active carbon filter. This should solve the problem forever
I still dream of a 1/48 scale, newly-tooled Grumman F11-F1/2 Tiger before Iām too old to build one.
I have another one: A-5W Skyraider in 1:48 or 1:32
How about a new line of Grumman S-2 Trackers in 1/72? Sort of thing I feel Special Hobby could do a really good job with.
