Are the wheels of the M1000 and M870A1 trailers the same?

Since there don’t appear to be any resin wheels for Trumpeter’s M870A1 trailer, I’m wondering if the wheels of the M1000 trailer are the same, and, if so, if resin wheels for the Hobby Boss M1000 would fit the Trumpeter M870A1 trailer. Any thoughts?

AFAIK the M1000 trailer is fitted with 215/75 R17.5 tires

The M870A1 has 285/70R19.5 tires.

Thanks, @Frenchy ! Those are very different, so it’s back to hoping that someone will make resin tires for the M870A1.
