Wade, you will love that book - it’s full of inspirational images! I do have a complaint about it though, it’s actually quite heavy 
A little cumbersome for bedtime reading!

The book has about 8-10 colour renderings of the same fashion that’s on the cover, but none of them (other than the cover page) are king tigers I don’t think.

Black 101 is in there as well as Diers King Tiger. All the King Tigers I see are mid production with the 9 tooth sprocket which is great since I have the Hobby Boss kit that has parts for every variant.
