ARV BREM-1 1:35 Trumpeter

Is this really standard for the BREM-1 to have the fuel drums fitted and connected to the fuel supply system? I know Trumpeter( and Tamiya) always give the drums and the piping but I rarely have seen those fitted.

Hello Bison126

You really asked a good question, one I hadn’t considered when building the model. You just add the parts to the model without thinking about whether it’s the right thing to do. It’s also hard to find any pictures showing the fuel supply from the barrels. All the pictures are without this supply unit. I don’t think it was part of the standard equipment. I’ll definitely keep an eye on your question and let you know.
Here’s another picture without the fuel supply unit.

Wow that looks good.

Today we have put together all three crane tanks, based on the T-34, T-55 and T-72.

And this is roughly how one had to imagine the technical end of a Russian tank column in the past.

What a collection. Impressive.

Here is a picture of a modernized BREM-1, equipped with reactive armor, tracked skirts and fog cups.

For modelers who want to build this new BREM-1, here are some pictures from the front, left, and rear. It’s also conceivable that the Frumpeter company will produce this new vehicle. The prerequisites for this are already met with the two existing kits. We’ll have to wait and see!
