From a purely selfish point of view, I don’t mind who produces a Kaiser jeep - just that I want one(!)

But seriously, we are blessed with the modelling times in which we live right now, or at least that’s how I feel; we don’t really want for much, and it keeps getting better, not least with firms like Hobby Link and B&L Models.

This a Swift Boat as they were known?

Yup, PCF Swift on the picture there. I’ve been to the island of Saint Martin in 2012 and there you can buy a ride in one to the neighbouring island of Anguila. They just built another superstructure where the mortar pit used to be with some additional seats for passengers there. Cruising 20+ knots in shallow water in one of those babies is fun!
