That is a really attractive vehicle. Like a Soviet design crossed with modern APCs.

It´s based on BTR-80. Looking good anyway and it´s exotic.

It uses BTR-80 component as base, but has the western design philosophy (mostly started with the Piranha/LAV). Another thing that is rumoured is the attempt to make it compatible with more than just Russian/Soviet equipment, to reduce the military dependency. It is a little late compare to other East Asian countries, but a welcome one nonetheless. We still have a long way to go.
