I admit it was a little hard to be back, I was always second guessing myself,
Somethings we forget after years away from the bench, that’s why it’s crucial to always have a Tamyia kit in stash, it’s much easier to get back with a Tamyia kit !!

Yes, 18 models in 16 months… I still have about 16 active builds on the bench at various stages.
I tend to start a few kits at the same time, working on multiple builds I tend to work a little on one, very simple tasks ( glueing 2 or 3 parts, painting one, put everything inside the box, work on another one for a few minutes ) so that 2 or 3 hrs at the bench I manage to work on maybe 5 or 6 different builds.
Some kits are pristine like the Military Parade BTR-70, others have a bit more weathering.
Mostly filters,washes, chipping, dirt and mud

To me it was a little hard to come back, a few months before I was thinking of selling most of the kits. I was having doubts if I could be back at the bench, but now, looking back at it, it’s all about having the right mindset, be focused, be sharp.
