Nice job
Nicely finished model Gregory, now with a nicely constructed article to accompany! Kudos all round!
Excellent diorama with an outstanding model. I followed your blog as you got advice from members and learned about the vehicle and the beach. It was a true journey of discovery. Your modeling skills are excellent to replicate the waterproofing. You did an exemplary job on the beach rock. It looks perfect. You have captured the look of Dieppe superbly.
@SSGToms @Robert_Goldman @SamS Thank you for giving the article a read and for following the build blog when it was occurring.
Going into this build i didn’t think it was going totake as long or that i was going to be doing as much extra work. I’m really pleased with all the time and effort I put into this build and diorama.
Us old timers can recognize a quick - shot build when we see one. The builds that take time and effort always look the part. They’re worth it.
It’s a well done kit and a very good article
We should be thanking you for sharing it
Keep at it.
@SSGToms thank you, i didn’t realize how long it had actually taken. It’s a beauty of a kit and makes me want to sink my teeth into another Churchill tank.
@Robert_Goldman you are to kind thank you.
I’ll take the compliment. Thank you but I’m just a guy that’s known for a brutal honesty if I like it I say so if I don’t like I I also say so but in a constructive way. I’ll point out the faults but also get be you advice on how to fix the issue.
In my day I didn’t d a few build reviews on the amps org web page and even a few build blogs in the old military modelling website
@Robert_Goldman im always looking for good feedback. Tactful honesty can go a long way if done right.
