I think it’s humorous. In those dresses, there is no way they could climb onto that tank; and with tanks reputations for being dirty and greasy I doubt they would even want to. I’m sure they took one look at that tank and said “No way in Hell!” On the other hand, I think they only rode in the tank for a block or so, it didn’t pick them up at home and carry them all the way to the event like a limo.
