How would you hook up jetways to embark and disembark? For that matter, how many airports could handle anything that size anyway?
This was never a real design nor a concept by Boeing. It was a fantasy by a gamer who posted it and tried to say it was an actual Boeing design. It is inspired by the conceptual aircraft designs of Luigi Colani from the '60s, which were flowing, organic designs, but mostly unable to fly due to them not being aerodynamically sound.
