They actually do exist.

Ranger teams in Northern Syria use Strykers. But it’s a modified version of the M1126 with additional top armor.

the Stryker used in Syria is the A1 versionand has a “bigger” front and a fire prevention system characterizedby external bombs and " wings" protruding on the sides of wheels

Precisely. A1 Double V Hull (DVH) variant. Both the AFV Club and Trumpeter kits are early production models.

I built my M1126A1 using 3D Printed components from Shapeways.

Weren’t the Strykers used by the Ranger Regiment also the only ones to be painted CARC sand?

Yes. They did have some still sporting the CARC green color though.

I have an Osprey book about the Ranger Regiment and there’s a color plate in the book with a sand colored Stryker I believe. Cool
