My first reaction would be to make fun of these - useful for the imaginatively challenged - but they do look quiite useful, especially in smaller scales. I suppose I’d question putting tarps over barrels - so no one can G2 what your carge is? 55 gallons of extra virgin olive oil?

I can give a great reason for the tarp. In the middle of summer try touching a dark colored metal barrel that has been out in the sun with your bare hands! Too hot!!!
