SOL has a new figure in two slightly different versions and two scales.
Love SOS
Asian view of European Women? Tall, blonde, blue eyed?
Well, at least they didn’t put her in American Eagle jeans.
My German starter wife was tall, blonde, and blue eyed. She also thought Hitler had some good ideas about a lot of things. I found this out later, of course. I DX’ed her ass for a younger, hotter, Asian model.
Suits me!
As a postscript, some time ago I related how impressed I was with German womanhood (they weren’t blonde either):
I was introduced to SOS while stationed there n Georgia. Good stuff.
Not dissimilarly titled was a dish I’d never encountered before, one day in the cookhouse, during my first posting in Germany; it was actually devilled kidney on toast, but I didn’t know that. I asked the cook behind the counter what it was. He replied “S*it on a raft”.
I didn’t take it.
The shoulder and sleeves come with badges and tabs, but these can be sanded off if you want a female in a civilian setting.
Jason makes 1/35 and 1/16 3D printed backpacks, helmets, and tactical vests so you can stylize this figure as a Private Military Contractor on break with gear and weapon off, or some backpack hiker, or Light Forces female (SOF) soldier. Live-Resin, Gecko, Magic Factory, Legend Productions, and ETSY (3D printed) provide armament and gear options in 1/35 and 1/16 scale.
With 3D printing these days (from ETSY), you can make a civilian or military campsite complete with 3D-printed cups, trays, cooking stove, pots and pans, etc. You can even make her Post-Apocalyptic with 3D-printed items and weapons…all you need is this SOL Models figure.
There is SOM … Replace the toast with rice (add some shredded cheddar…)
Any guesses on the “M”?
Maggots?
DEF MODELS made a 1/16 and 1/35 IDF female figure complete with M4 or Tavor carbine armament options. It’s been out for several years already. DEF MODELS’ resin figures are excellent.
DEF MODELS also makes two other 1/20 and 1/24 resin female figures…and then they stopped.
I suppose this is all good stuff - one doesn’t seem to see many female soldiers modelled.
I tried some time ago:
perhaps you should listen to this while you are waiting:
