Slightly ahead of you working on the MASSTER camo … on and off for the past year.
Mixed all colours individually using some photos posted here as reference. Masking everything off is quite time consuming.

What is a key to the colors 1 through 4?
I’m guessing 4 is black because it is only used in a few small patches.

Based on the documentation, Color 1 is “Large Dark” and is Brown, Color 2 is “Large Light” and is Sand, Color 3 is “Small Geen”, and is Green, and Color 4 is Small Dark and is Black.
The percentages are called out as 34%, 37%, 20% and 9%, so you can see that the largest area is number 2.
To my eyes the best matches are Earth Red FS 30117, Sand Brown FS 30277, Forest Green FS 34079, and Black.
