What is the FS # for the interior gray used on USN aircraft? Any help is greatly appreciated, Joel

That’s gotta be one difficult challenge! If it was me… I’d do everything in grayscale.

Same as on every other US military aircraft since the 60’s or so, Dark Gull Gray FS 36231.
The only change since then is black cockpits on aircraft where night vision goggles are used.
