Can someone ID the two star standing next to Ike in this photo?

Like the title says, who is he? A friend has this photo in his collection and can’t ID him.

Looks like Walton Walker (after whom the M41 Walker Bulldog was named). At the time he was a corps commander in Patton’s 3rd Army.

Bottom photo looks like it was taken in one of the Nazi death camps, not much to smile about there.

That is General Walker, a pretty well regarded officer, sadly killed in a jeep accident during Korean War. I have a 1/35th figure of him here somewhere, came with some kit I bought in the 1980’s.
