I have started assembling this Tamiya kit:

to depict a tank from the 133ª Divisione corazzata “Littorio”

The 133rd Littorio armoured Divisions took part in the Battle of Mersa Matruh and was destroyed during the Second Battle of El Alamein (23 October – 11 November 1942).
The remnants merged into the Ariete Tactical Group, which continued fighting in Libya and Tunisia into April 1943.

To make it more faithful to the original, the main modification to be made is to shorten the fender:

Doesn’t the fender and its rim curve upward to the hull?
I don’t think it’s abruptly cut off.

Wonder why they would remove the rear fenders? That’s a lot of storage space lost and a lot of junk thrown onto the rear of the hull.
