Kitlinx, out of Sandy Ut. USELESS!!! Ordered wrong thing (searched for 1/48 Moose Republic decals. Their site listed ALL Moose Republic decals!!). After several un answered e-mails , over a couple of weeks… I cancelled order. They replied “I cancelled order” … no aplology or explation. After a week with no refund sent ANOTHER e-mail. “It is “store credit”… someone else has to do a refund, will take a few days.” A week later … another e-mail … “Oh. I’ll tell her again”. Another week and a half … still nothing. A week after I reported the issue to Capital One Kitlinx issued the refund … with no notice, explanation, apology. Take your business else where. (Scalemates: drop these putzes!)
