Chevy G7107 / CCKW352 load beds interchangeable?

Hi all,
Could the Chevy 7107 load boxes by Miniart or ICM be used to build a SWB CCKW352, or wouldn’t they fit the (appropriately shortened) GM chassis by Tamiya, Italeri, HB, Heller?

IIRC the Chevy load bed was a few inches narrower than the CCKW, so it would look a little odd.
