Chieftain Commander's GPMG Ammo Box Holder

I need to scratch-build the commander’s GPMG ammo box and holder for a 1/72-scale Chieftain Mk.5.
Can anyone provide the full-size dimensions for the box itself, and an image of the holder?

Well, this might help - the tiles on top of my table in my conservatory are 2" square; you might be able to work that out enough for 1:72 scale:

And “No” before somebody asks; it doesn’t normally reside there(!)

No idea about the holder I’m afraid.
