As you and @metalhead85 have pointed out the rank insignia is indeed a full Colonel rank. I kept thinking I had it wrong but I thought the rank on the helmet in the Militaria link was a Major for some reason and that the one on the bust was a Lieutenant Colonel. Now I realise the one on the link is the Lieutenant Colonel and the one on the bust is the full Colonel insignia. I really should have checked! Thanks to you both for pointing this out. I will edit the title and the post now.
