Correct NATO acrylic colors by brand

About the colors of Italian vehicles, Tamiya NATO brown is too reddish, a dark earth would be better. The green should be somewhat more brown-grey than the Tamiya paint.
I don’t know about the armies of other countries.
French colors seem much more saturated in photos.

Hi
The french 3 tones camo is different than german, US or nederland ones.
The black is more black’ the green is a sort of grass green (XF5 from Tamiya is not bad) and the brown is earth brown when Nato brown is more reddish and darker.
This said, the colours looks darker when not freshly painted.

Hyped about color accuracy for a model tank? The following should also be taken into consideration.

This tank could appear many different colors based on time of day and lighting conditions.

Add a bit of weathering, say a layer of dust for example and the colors can shift again and so on.

Viewing prespective also has impact on color perception.

Time of year and season also can have an impact.

Close works good enough in my opinion due to so many enviromental influences. It’s nice to be able say the base color is RAL xxxx or FS this or that but that’s hardly critical to the outcome.
