Daimler-Benz Panther spare wheel bracket + new question

On a crashed computer, I had a drawing of the spare wheel bracket.

Anyone know where this might be online or have the drawing to post?

I am curious as to how this is secured to the turret sans wheel. Do the bolts extend into the turret? Or is it welded?

Any help is most welcome.

Okay, another question: a photo of the second Panther F prototype has Schurzen that have the last three digits of the Wanne number stenciled on top left of each panel.

Was this common? Are there other examples?
