Looks like the location of the video is somewhere in Poland by looking at the armbands on some of the civilians (Home Army?).

You can see the Shermans on the early part of the film reel have their main guns locked and their .50 calibers covered, with only the crerws carrying carbines.

Further on down the video, you can see the Germans marching; a combination of Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, and SS soldiers. As for the vehicles. Mostly wheeled vehicles, as well as half tracks; there was an Sd. Kfz. 7/2 armed with a quad 37mm flak gun, along with an Sd. KFZ. 10/4 at around the 15 minute mark; I’m not 100% certain, but that’s what i think they were.

And you can see Russian, British and US Troops at one place , maybe the line between their sections near pilsen in czechia.
