As title says, I would like to find a resin or 3D printed Panzer crew with well rendered YOUTHFUL faces. My very marginal figure paint skill adds years to the face.
These are the sort of faces for example.
Nothing against Tamiya but figures like these always look fine for ~30 something officers but typically too old for 18-24 year old enlisted.

Get some replacement resin heads that are children, or young boys, and pop 'em on the crew bodies. I think Hornet may have some.

I use Hornet Heads quite a bit; they almost paint themselves and I’m no great shakes as a figure painter I assure you.

There’s always these, though they are SS rather than Wehrmacht and represent 12SS “Hitlerjugend”.

Everyone who responded, thank you. I like the Hornet head idea and have been looking at possibilities. However, I need to keep the figure work very straight forward.

They seem to me to be a bit big for Tamiya figures.
Some of Tamiya’s figures especially ones that are included with mid 1990’s and earlier AFV kits are sort of wonky.
You can make a plastic face younger by using thick paint to smooth age signs on the face, by reducing noses and cheekbones.
