Regardless of nationality another silent hero goes forth to meet his friends again.
If you visit the Bovington Tank Museum site there is a fitting video presentation on the life of this man.
Very sad, but at 98 he had a good innings, much longer than many of those he fought with. Definitely did not waste the years he had. RIP.
