Yes, it’s an infamous Dragon Black Label kit. But is it still any good? Certainly it would be better than Tamiya’s old Saladin kit.
There wasn’t too much wrong with it. There was at least one correction/update set.
The wheels should also be replaced, wrong shape or size I think

The Saladin was the Black Labels super star.if they had one. It is a good kit.
If I am not mistaken the up date was a muffler cover and something small. I changed the wheels to one of DEF’s sagged wheels.

Thanks, now I can justify buying and building one.
There was a review on “old” Armorama listing the errors and necessary corrections. I remember the turret hatch had no interior details, and there was lots of bits necessary here and there.
Look around for any accessories you may want. They may be getting hard to find.
Both Hong Kong Creation Workshop and MR Modellbau make update sets for the kit and both are still available. The HKCW set is probably the better of the two, but the MR set has a few different parts that are useful as well.
