Looks like that is the 3rd Panzer division symbol.

Suspension on the left side. I found resin idler wheels in the box.

Upper hull is in layers, I had to add a bit of Vallejo putty to the cracks.

I think you’re right.

I’ll finish up with these upper hull pieces together.

Added the vision flaps, all pieces are in clear plastic for some reason.

Added the cupola and have the hatches cleaned up. I wish that I hadn’t glued the cupola down as it might be a bit hard to paint with a airbrush later.

A little clamping going on.

Rear on-I added the sides first and then the top piece.
Dragon has all the side pieces to be added to a box type body.

Lower front slope on.

Rear on. Some puttying will be needed, but only for small cracks.

Also just realized that vision flaps are also on another non clear tree. The directions don’t mention this.

If I recall correctly, that was my first 1/35 scale armor model of the 2000s, completed in 2006 or so. It would be fun to build one now and pose both models side by side.

Its a nice kit and Dragon makes a few variants. I’m surprised that they don’t one in 35th.

Unfortunately that is classic Dragon if they offer different versions of a kit.
