True! But, the reality was that the Germans were there, the PzKpfw I, II, III, and IV were getting stuck in the mud too frequently. Their solution was the PzKpfw V Panther and VI Tiger. The system of wheels worked but the mud had to be cleaned out between the wheels.

Use a small brush and Micro sol (or equivalent). Soak the brush, pick the piece up from the tracks using the brush, use the brush to maneuver the piece into place, and dry it gently by blotting it with a soft towel. It works!
