Do you have to put a magnet in the paint bottle for this to work? The video is slick; but, doesn’t deliver much useful information.

Typically you put a plastic coated metal “pill” (think of a really small minion with no arms or legs) in the bottle and it’s spun by rotating magnets in the paint mixer base. At least that’s how they worked in chemistry class.
