That site is extremely comprehensive.
“the USAF Block 40, 42, 50, and 52 aircraft are now covered by the CM series of technical orders.”
I don’t know what is meant by “Block”.

“F-16CM Fighting Falcon. This particular jet, powered by the Pratt & Whitney F-100-PW-220E engine, is a Block 42 belonging to the F-16 Division of the United States Air Force Weapons School.”

Can you tell me the weapons used on this F-16?

This seems to be a pretty standard SEAD loadout.

The missiles on the wingtips (stations 1, 9) are AIM-120 AMRAAMs. Stations 2 and 8 are holding AIM-9X Sidewinders. Stations 3 and 7 hold AGM-88 HARM anti-radiation missiles. The other two are obviously fuel tanks.

The pod on station 5R is likely an AN/ASQ 213 HTS (“HARM Targeting System).

I’d recommend you google around for more info. Some SEAD jets carry other optical and targeting pods as well. Some also swap one of the heat-seeking missiles on stations 2 or 8 for an extra AMRAAM.
