F-16V info request

Ok looking through an online shop and found a decal sheet for a Lockheed-Martin F-16V Block 20 93-0814 21st SQ Luke AFB AZ aircraft. Now I know a bit about the F-16 but no expert but have done a search online and from what I can tell the F-16V are Block 70 so have the decal company got this wrong or is this aircraft a Block 20?

Also who does a kit of a F-16V in 1/72? Scalemates says NO!

The decal sheet

Just found this an interesting and different scheme, not your usual grey.

The real aircraft

I think they got the label wrong. The aircraft started as a block 20 but was upgraded to a block 70.

I think if you got a F-16C kit, you can make a V block 70 version but I could be wrong as I am a novice on F-16 version.

Thank Ryan, not sure on version either the decals state it has the small intake so I’m not sure a C variant will work but if someone else has more info on intakes and variants etc.

Just like the scheme as it’s not everyday you see a non grey US F-16, excluding the Thunderbirds and aggressors.

These are Taiwanese AF F-16A/B Block 20, with avionics system, such as radar, upgraded to F-16V standard. They still use the F100-PW-220 engine. The undercarriage is also replaced with the stronger ones.
