Wow! As inaccurate as the kit’s engine, just in different ways…
The only engine that had immovable screens was the prototype…
All the rest had openable screens, second issue? the turbine blades…
You never see them on the real engine… The compressor is so far behind the intake trunk they are never seen until the engine is disassembled….
Major fail for a detail upgrade part…
I have the Dash 1 AND the official USAF parts manual if anyone is interested….
