Too many road wheels for a Universal (Bren), suspension doesn’t quite fit a Loyd, rear bogie is the wrong way round for a Windsor, my guess is a U.S. Ford Cargo Carrier T16 (longer, wider, and a Mercury engine; but mechanically suspect).
