It is an exercise in my 3D modeling learning，not a physical good. The design fits dragon kit， but still needs cutting dozens of parts to assemble.

There is a thread on the /r/TankPorn reddit on this vehicle with a couple more pictures; the thread claims it was labeled ‘PzKpfw III Ausf G/H mit Schachtellaufwerk’, and you can find several more photographs through Google searching for that terminology.
