there was an old boy that my mother knew, he was part of a lancaster bomber crew and mention dropping food parcels over Holland and that the German anti-aircraft guns tracked them as they dropped their payload on the people below. He was very scared that the Germans would open up on them as they could see the guns traversing towards them.

I watched it over the weekend,not exceptional but pretty good.Not a great amount of combat.
My wife got Netflix,so in the past week i watched
All Quiet on the Western Front 2022 excellent
The Battle of Jadotville Very good
The 6888 not bad
And I re watched 1917 and Dunkirk
I bet she regrets getting Netflix

That was one of the great finds taking a chance on a film I knew nothing about. Might need to rewatch soon.

I LOVED all quiet on the western front and siege of jadotville! All quiet on the western front was very true to the tone of the book being an anti war view on combat
