Finished my WW1 diorama

This is my latest diorama. Had some issues with the dull coat on one of the figures and ended up repainting it. The base was some kind if napkin holder from Ikea that Adapted well to a small segment of trench. Woodwork is made with stir sticks. The sand bags are a air-dry clay.
The figures are the 1:35 ICM # 35695 “German Infantry in Gas Masks (1918)” which is a great little kit with loads of extra weapons.

Well done!
Can you imagine being that MG gunner, toting that thing with a gasmask, across terrain, under fire…

That’s amazing work! Very realistically done.
I’m a big fan of ICM’s WW1 figures so always good to see some built and painted. Well detailed good poses, fit well and VERY generous with the extra equipment.

I did plan something very similar to your build with the British infantry set but the project stalled. Will have to dig it out I think.
