And you’d still need the tracks and the enginedeck. Plus scratching the stowage bins. Oh yeah… a hex turret.
I think all of that can be cobbled together from dragon mod 40/41 kits or aftermarket turrets like PanzerArt. Maybe even a shapeways hull.
Even AVG has a two Finnish sets (out of stock). The one thing I don’t think exists is the horizontal engine grill.
There actually is a P.E.-set made by some obscure Russian company, going by the name MicroDesign.
But that only fixes the side grills. The main one is still not correct.
