Does anyone have experience with Quinta Studios 3D DECAL ammo belts? They appear impressive, but, of course, I remain a little skeptical.
Thanks in advance
David

Didn’t you basically ask the same question here? And got lots of great answers.
OP is asking about a different set altogether. I’m not going to read the entire thread, but it seems to address BlackOps Models. This query is specifically about Quinta Studios. Nothing wrong with trying to find the best fit for one’s project.
So - in answer to the question -yes. I have used their 7.62 x 54 belt with great success.
What I particularly like about the set I used: Soviet MGs do not use disintegrating link belts. Quinta gives you two long belts that are empty, complete with pull tab. You can properly display, say - a PKM with a loaded belt feeding into it, and an empty belt exiting it.
For the heck of it, I ordered a set just now:
1/35 German 7.92 Metal ammunition belts WWII (3D Decal)
Note: I couldn’t find a seller with the item in stock at any of the usual distributors, so I placed my order directly through Quinta Studio using PayPal. I have ordered from them in the past with positive results.
If you like, I’ll follow-up when they arrive. HTH

Yes, Gino. Rounds on target. I was going to qualify the question with “another”, but decided people would realized that after reading the question.
Bravo 18: thanks for the back-up
Mike: your word is good enough for me. Thank you.
Be well y’all, and thanks again
I think you’ll be happy. The German belts follow the same principle with the empty belt.
