FM-2 Wildcat 1:72 Arma Hobby

This is my last project: FM-2 Wildcat from Arma Hobby in 1:72 scale. It will be in Joseph McGraw camouflage.
Till now I glued some parts of cockpit and engine, painted them and applied decals in cockpit.
Hope You like it.

Looks good. I built the Arma Hurricane Mk I, it was a bit fiddly and had lots of great detail. This is looking like the same thing. Good luck with it. Look forward to your progress.

Small update. Engine parts painted. I glued some parts in landing gear bay.

Detail in the engine bay looks great, pity it all hides behind the P&W radial. Great work so far Andy.

You are right Tim. P&W and landing gear hide almost everything.

I glued some parts together and … it looks like Wildcat

Landing gear - put together 6 parts is not very easy but i did it.

Wow, thought you were doing a Fleet Air Arm Wildcat when you applied the first coat of paint. Looks great with the added colour from the decals. You must be really pleased

Tim. I used Tamiya XF-17 Sea Blue paint which is matt and at photos looks as Slate Grey

I added some grey wash from Tamiya. Now it’s time to final montage.
