Bundeswehr has several decoys for training. The BRDM turret is a mock-up from fiberglass.
I never saw an M113 MTW disguised as BMP/BRDM, cool find. At the last training excercise of Panzeraufklärungsbataillon 12, they put these turrets on pedestals to simulate BRDM-2.
