FoxHopp presents the FN FAL L1A1 in 1/35 and 1/16
Those look very nice. The lack of muzzle brake on the 1/16th was concerning, but supposed to be on the sale version. Might have to get a set for my M113?

It looks like maybe the muzzle broke off or didnt cast properly on the 1/16 ?? The detailing looks really nice … probably best version I’ve seen of an SLR.
Hi guys! Yes the lack of muzzle break on the 1/16 version was just a defect with the test. Final production versions have the break. We hope to do a few other 1/16 weapons in the future, including bringing our 1/35 SA80 into 1/16. Happy modelling
Hi Johnny
Possibly its a version without muzzle brake? Yep looks really nice. I’d go with wooden furniture, rather than plastic.

Cool. Any thoughts of doing Steyr AUG carbine?

Never seen version without a MB ? that has the lug attachments for the bayonet ?
Hi Johnny
Had to check the books - early Belgian FN light Auto rifle cal 7.62mm NATO, early type was without muzzle brake, though the foregrip was different - Small Arms of the World, Edward Clinton Ezell, Eleventh Edition, page 143, & page 147. There is something under the barrel, but looks to be too flat to be a bayonet lug.
