this is my Afv Club CM34 sadly missing one mirror and my stowage racks on the side
its seems to be the same kit as the one from freedom models

Are all the engine grilles and basket mesh PE parts?

The last 2 days I tried to apply the masks of the AFV Club set. It turned out to be a total failure. I guess I should have used basic masking tape instead.
As I don’t want to get mad with this camo I ended up to apply the tan camo used during the exercise Han Kuang in 2019. I know this may sound as a coward move but my mental health was at stake. 
Here is the basic paint with a preshading. I used the XF-93 Light Brown DAK 1942 as the base color and the XF-68 for the preshading. I’ll apply some highlights tomorrow.

I have added some highlights and painted the various details. The rearview mirrors poles are glued but not the mirrors themselves. I think it’s safer for the next steps.

I guess so. By the way I noticed the AFV kit hadn’t the same dimensions as the FMK one.
Yesterday I got a bad surprise. I have a huge carpet monster at home which swallowed a entire tire. 
The kit is now on hold pending the tire to make surface again.

The tire is still missing. I have contacted the customer service of FMK. I’ll see how good they are.
I think I’ll start the weathering anyway. Hopefully the tire will re-appear.

If not, add a jack as your replacing a tire.

Need to scratch build the axle stub, plate where the rim bolts to the axle, possibly also the brakes, maybe more detailing of the area behind the wheel.
Could be easier to make a mold of one of the other wheels/tires and cast a new wheel/tire

I lost the front seat for Tamiyas Sd.Kfz. 7, searched for a few days, gave up and scratch build a new seat (luckily I had an unbuilt Sd.Kfz. 7/1 to copy the seat from). When the new seat was

I have made some progress on the paint job with the application of a pin wash. I cast a new tire as the customer service of FMK didn’t answer my request.
As I wasn’t fully satisfied with the details on the rim I replaced it by the “extra” kit one.
