This is a rebox with the G.I. added. They had the first release with just the Kett, one with a German driver, and one towing a Goliath.
But if you really want to go big there have been many in 1/9. And Dragon made one in 1/6 for their 12-inch military action figures.
I believe the Dragon 1/9th kit is the old ESCI kit re-boxed with a figure.
