This is a “Bandit” Trans Am I built using the old Revell Deals Wheels Trans-um Tirebird that I built just for fun.
The kit I used was actually a “Funster” reissue from the 80s or 90s. It was a total glue-bomb that came in a box of parts. I grafted on the front grill and hood from an MPC 1/32 snap kit. I also added the MPC interior, which fit surprisingly well into the Revell body shell.
The hardest part of the whole build was getting the front grill and hood (bonnet?) to match up to the rest of the car. Took lots of cutting and shaping with epoxy putty.
