Yes, they are.
The first one is painted plain green, the second one wears the standard 3 tone camo for Tigr-M:
The one from the decals of ASK has a non-standard camo, with some rusty brown spots sprayed close to the additional armor plates.The armor plates themselves are not painted, just rusty.
