Knowing Gecko, this should be a very sweet and detailed kit, and very popular with the amount of weapons and gear you can throw on it.

I really hope Gecko release figures to go with this release as a stunning set diorama could be done with a crew and troops marching with it of fighting alongside.

I like that the engine is a separate kit that comes with a display stand.

'Morning All - does anyone know what the retail price for this kit will be, or is it too early for that?

HLJ has it on pre-order at $140 USD. But of course, most non-Japanese stuff is always more money in Japan, so based on previous Gecko 1/16 kits, it will probably be about $120 USD from Hobbyeasy.

This offering from Gecko is very close as my sample arrived yesterday and I have started a review. A stand alone 1/16 engine for the Universal Carrier has also been released and topped up with a 1/16th figure of the young Princess Elizabeth.
